APG PERTH YEARLING TOUR | Sunday 20 February

Join us on the APG Yearling Tour to preview the quality yearlings available from three leading standardbred Studs!
All interested buyers are welcome – the Tour is open to the public.

The Trots WA is providing a FREE Bus service for the Yearling Tour with pickup points at Gloucester Park and Byford Trotting Complex, or you are welcome to drive yourself to each Stud.
PICKUP #1 – BUS departs Gloucester Park at 1.00pm sharp.
PICKUP #2 – Byford Trotting Club – Horse Float Carpark – 1.45pm sharp.
STUD TOUR ITINERARY
2.15pm – Karnup Racing – Parade of 10 Yearlings on offer from Trevor & Colleen Lindsay
3.00pm – Copper Lodge – Parade of 10 Yearlings on offer from Mike Howie
4.00pm – KTC Bloodstock – Parade of 20 Yearlings on offer from Kody Charles
5.30pm – approx. BBQ Dinner and Drinks provided
6.30pm Bus Departs KTC Bloodstock, returning to Gloucester Park, via Byford.
DRESS CODE
Casual – we recommend sun-smart clothing and a hat, with shoes appropriate for walking in sandy areas.
FOOD & DRINKS
KTC Bloodstock are generously providing a free, light BBQ dinner and beverages after the completion of their yearling parade, from approx 5.30pm.

Complete the entry form at The Trots WA trade stand at the Magic Millions Sale Complex and place your entry in the barrel before 11.30am on Sunday 27 February.
Winners must be present on Sale Day to collect their prize – the competition is drawn at 12noon on the main stage!

NEW OWNERSHIP PROMOTION AT THE APG YEARLING SALE

The Trots WA will have a trade stand at the APG Yearling Sale, where trainers looking for new owners can list their yearling purchases
and nominate the shares available.

The aim is to make it as easy as possible for potential new owners, who may not have contacts within the industry already, to see their options for buying into a yearling.

We have 10 teams from our Harness the Dream competition who each have a $1,500 WestBred Voucher, to spend towards a share in a WestBred yearling.

Many of these people are entirely new to the trots and are very keen to get involved in ownership – they will be at the Sale.

We’re here to help you connect with new stable clients.
